We are excited to welcome Courtney Riley to SLW! Start with a short discussion of Yoga Nidra, about 30 minutes of gentle yoga postures to loosen your spine, increase your breath capacity, and unwind; all in preparation for Yoga Nidra. The process of Yoga Nidra is truly accessible for anyone who can comfortably lay on the ground. During the Yoga Nidra portion of class, you will use supportive props to make the body as relaxed as possible and be guided through relaxing breath work + visualization by spoken word. Guests will be prompted to write in a take home journal.
