We do accept walk-ins for our Ritual services but it is best to make appointments to ensure availability.

We will hold your appointment for 10 minutes to accommodate your service. This will result in lost time on your appointment. Anything after 10 minutes will fall under our cancellation policy and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card.

We ask that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. Canceling within the 24 hours prior to your appointment can result in a 50% cancellation fee.

For our Infrared Saunas, we suggest loose-fitted clothing. We provide spa wraps and robes, towels, and cold face towels for saunas, massages, and facials. For the rest of the services, you can plan to wear everyday clothing.

Yes, we can add a friend to your Infrared Sauna appointments for an additional discounted rate of $45/person (2pp) and $40/pp for a group of 3 in the XL Sauna. This will be charged at the checkout of this service. If you book the appointment online, it is helpful to add to the notes that you are bringing a friend so we can prepare the sauna accordingly.

Our Halo Salt Therapy (Detox) without heat is safe and effective for children 2 and up. We do have services that work well with Teens. Our Cryo Facials are antimicrobial and help prevent breakouts on the face. Outside of these services, please inquire before booking. Most services are appropriate for ages 16 and above.

That is the great thing about the Cryo Facial, you do NOT need to wash off makeup to receive the benefits. Because it gives an instant glow, it is great to use it before a night out or events. The Lightstim will also work with makeup, but for best results, it is good to come with a freshly washed face.

We do not have showers at this facility. We do provide ample towels and cold face towels to wipe down after Sauna services.

We chose Sole + Luna because it represents the balance between light and dark. Also, it was our personal journeys that led to this sanctuary. Those journeys took place when we lived on completely opposite sides of the world. When the sun was out here, the moon was out there.
