the hummingbird symbolizes joy, freedom, perseverance, creativity, love and healing. It encourages us to live in the moment, to be open to change, and to pursue our dreams with optimism.

WELCOME CHARM SCHOOL!

In collaboration with FREE BIRD WRITING, we introduce CHARM SCHOOL, where we invite up to 12 local women to join us on a 6-month wellness and spiritual adventure. As an intentional community, we will meet once a month on a Tuesday from 7pm to 9pm at Sole + Luna to explore various themes.

Each session will begin with a warm welcome circle, creating a safe and supportive space for everyone to share and connect. We will then delve into a different experience each month, including Reiki Soundbaths, Intention Setting, Astrology, Kintsugi, Dream Writing, Journaling, Cacao Ceremonies, Ayurveda, and more.

Membership in this small group community is available for $800 per person for the entire 6-month duration. Along with the enriching experiences and connections, each participant will receive a journal, take-home gifts, and have the opportunity to attend workshops led by specialists in their respective fields.
