PERIMENOPAUSE DEMYSTIFIED w/ DR. CHRISTINE MAREN
Midlife often brings changes that are felt deeply in the body but are rarely explained in a connected way. Sole + Luna is thrilled to welcome Dr. Christine Maren for an intimate gathering as follow-up to The M Factor Part 2 screening and offer space for deeper conversation about perimenopause and the many ways it can show up in women’s health.
We’ll explore how hormonal shifts intersect with gut health, autoimmune disease, hypothyroidism, metabolic changes, and other common midlife symptoms that are often treated in isolation. The emphasis is on helping women connect the dots and better understand what their body is communicating during this transition.
This is a small-group, discussion-based evening centered around open and honest Q&A. Participants are encouraged to bring questions, share experiences if they wish, and engage in thoughtful conversation.
The discussion will be guided by Dr. Christine Maren, a board-certified physician specializing in functional and menopause medicine, with a root-cause approach to women’s health and hormones.

We welcome back Wabi-Sabi Tarot to SLW! Grab a 60 minute Astro + Tarot Sesh! Astrology and tarot readings are two modalities that go hand-in-hand in our path to self-discovery. The first half of this session will have us going over your birth chart, which you can think of as a blueprint to who you are. The second half of the session will be a tarot reading to answer any questions you may have. Tarot readings are intuitive and energy driven, and can give you an understanding of yourself in a unique manner. Each session includes a take home Birth Chart.
