Breathwork + Healing

Breathwork is an active form of meditation that detoxifies the mind body and soul. By connecting deeply to our breath we gain the ability to release our stuck and repressed emotions so that we may have a better chance at understanding and listening to our authentic self. Our emotions are the root cause of all of our Dis-Ease. Once we learn how to honor, acknowledge and release them we can gain greater access to our intuition and sovereignty. Not to mention, empower our innate immune system. It is time for us to start living and keep breathing.
