By connecting deeply to our breath we gain the ability to release our stuck and repressed emotions so that we may have a better chance at understanding and listening to our authentic self. Our emotions are the root cause of all of our Dis-Ease. Once we learn how to honor, acknowledge and release them we can gain greater access to our intuition.

Teaming up with @freebirdwriting, we're thrilled to reintroduce CHARM SCHOOL! We're inviting up to 13 fabulous local women to embark on a 4-month wellness and spiritual escapade. As a tight-knit circle, we'll rendezvous monthly on a Tuesday from 7pm to 9pm at Sole + Luna to explore an array of magical themes. (**FIRST SESSION IS ON A TUESDAY 9/15)
Every session kicks off with a cozy welcome circle, setting the stage for everyone to share and bond in a supportive haven. Then, we'll dive into a fresh adventure each month, featuring oracle readings, Intention Setting, Kintsugi, Dream Writing, Journaling, Breathwork, offerings, somatic movement, and more.
This exclusive journey is yours for $500 for the full 4 months. Alongside the enriching experiences and connections, you'll receive a journal, fabulous take-home goodies at each session, and access to workshops led by experts in their fields.

Midlife often brings changes that are felt deeply in the body but are rarely explained in a connected way. Sole + Luna is thrilled to welcome Dr. Christine Maren for an intimate gathering as follow-up to The M Factor Part 2 screening and offer space for deeper conversation about perimenopause and the many ways it can show up in women’s health.
We’ll explore how hormonal shifts intersect with gut health, autoimmune disease, hypothyroidism, metabolic changes, and other common midlife symptoms that are often treated in isolation. The emphasis is on helping women connect the dots and better understand what their body is communicating during this transition.
This is a small-group, discussion-based evening centered around open and honest Q&A. Participants are encouraged to bring questions, share experiences if they wish, and engage in thoughtful conversation.
The discussion will be guided by Dr. Christine Maren, a board-certified physician specializing in functional and menopause medicine, with a root-cause approach to women’s health and hormones.
